I place one drop of Alpine Eucalyptus Oil in the palm of my hands. I rub my hands together so the oil begins to secrete into my skin. I cusp my hands together and breathe in.Â
Another way I fight congestions is by placing 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 drop of Alpine Eucalyptus Oil in the palm of my hands. I rub the ingredients together creating a crème. I rub the crème onto my chest; which relieves my sinus congestion, allowing me to breathe easier.
