Allergy season is here. Many of us notice the change in the quality of the air. How we notice it; is not by the smell but rather how our bodies react to the elements whether it be an increase in ragweed, mold, pollen, mildew and other common combatants. Our allergies seem to flare. 

You may be the individual who retains a mild sinus headache or watery/itchy eyes. Others may suffer more seriously, battling nasal congestion and sinus infections. They're so many different remedies people use to find comfort whether it be over the counter medicines to essential oils. 

Alpine Eucalyptus Oil is great for nasal congestion as well as cough and cold. Its a natural remedy that I personally use myself. I'll convey a view ways on how you can use Alpine Eucalyptus Oil to battle the common allergy pollutants.

I place one drop of Alpine Eucalyptus Oil in the palm of my hands. I rub my hands together so the oil begins to secrete into my skin. I cusp my hands together and breathe in. 

Another way I fight congestions is by placing 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 drop of Alpine Eucalyptus Oil in the palm of my hands. I rub the ingredients together creating a crème. I rub the crème onto my chest; which relieves my sinus congestion, allowing me to breathe easier.
